NOVA Tissue and Mammalian Cell Culture DNA Extraction Kit is a high-quality professional kit designed to isolate and extract DNA from various mammalian cell cultures and tissue samples. Tissue types include mammalian organs, to mouse tail to cells harvested from cell culture.
This is an innovative mini kit using silica-based membrane technology with an easy and quick to use spin column. This technology eliminates lengthy and complex procedures like alcohol precipitation or expensive resins. The standard procedure takes around 15 minutes following cell lysis. The process yields purified DNA of more than 27kb and can be used a variety of downstream applications e.g. qPCR, Southern blotting, or array-based genotyping.
