Utilising our innovative technology, the HERA kit is designed for accurate, highly sensitive and specific double-stranded DNA binding dye qPCR reactions.  The kit also includes the uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG) carryover prevention system,  ensuring any contaminating, uracil-containing amplicons from previous reactions are not reamplified in the current reaction.

HERA qPCR Kit with UDG is a ready-to-use real-time PCR kit optimised for the real-time quantitation of target DNA using fluorophore labelled probes. Utilising our innovative technology, the HERA kit is designed for accurate, highly sensitive and specific qPCR reactions.
