HERA RT-qPCR Kit
HERA RT-qPCR Kit is a ready-to-use solution optimised for efficient and simple real-time quantification of target RNA using hydrolysis probes. This one-step RT-qPCR provides a convenient and powerful method for RNA detection and quantification at increased speed and specificity. The HERA RT-qPCR Kit provides quick and accurate results and is suitable for many research applications from gene expression analysis using cDNA and population genotyping studies, to the multiplex detection of several disease targets.
In the one-step approach to HERA RT-qPCR kit, both the reverse transcription step and qPCR steps are performed in a single tube. Adopting a one-step approach is ideal when no cDNA storage is necessary for subsequent experiments. The approach minimises the risk of contamination and improves reproducibility by reducing sample handling.

Features
- Accurate– we ensure all of our probes have high specificity to the target area
- Efficient– Using multiple probes in the master mix allows detection of multiple amplicons (fluorophore signals) in the same tube.
- Robust – High fidelity amplification with little optimisation required, producing consistent and reliable results
- Simple and time efficient – this user-friendly protocol and convenient master mix, minimises sample handling and time spent preparing each sample.
- Target flexibility – single or multiplex reactions can be performed
- High yield – our buffer ensures RT enzyme mix and the DNA Polymerase performs at its best to maximise RNA target yield
