HERA SYBR® Green qPCR Kit with UDG
The HERA SYBR® Green qPCR master mix with UDG is a ready-to-use real-time PCR kit optimised for the quantitation of target DNA using a double-stranded DNA binding dye. Utilising our innovative technology, the HERA kit is designed for accurate, highly sensitive and specific double-stranded DNA binding dye qPCR reactions. The kit also includes the uracil-DNA-glycosylase (UDG) carryover prevention system, ensuring any contaminating, uracil-containing amplicons from previous reactions are not reamplified in the current reaction.
The kit is suitable for a wide range of research applications. From gene expression analysis using cDNA and population genotyping studies to the multiplex detection of several disease targets, qPCR provides a convenient and powerful method for DNA detection and quantitation.
The one-step approach to qPCR allows for the full reaction to occur in one tube, limiting the potential for contamination and improving reproducibility through reduced sample handling.
HERA master mix is formulated with a unique passive reference dye that is compatible across a variety of instrument platforms, including those that require a no, low and high ROX reference signal.
