BERUS Agarose: Molecular Biology Grade Agarose is used for the electrophoretic separation of nucleic acids. It is a standard agarose for the separation of DNA fragments in range of 50 bp – 50 kb, with the possibility of subsequent DNA extraction from the gel. Agarose Molecular Biology Grade is free of DNAase and RNAase activity.

BERUS TE Buffer: Trizma is used in the formulation of buffer solutions in the pH range between 7.5 and 8.5. Tris buffer solutions are widely used in cell and molecular biology for processes such as protein and nucleic acid extraction and purification. Tris-EDTA (TE) buffer solution, pH 8.0 may also be used as a washing buffer.

BERUS 50bp Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 50 to 700 base pairs. The ladder consists of 10 DNA fragments which are products of the restrictions of special plasmid by RsaI restrictase or products of PCR.

BERUS 100bp DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 10 fragments that range in size from 100 to 1000 bp in 100 bp increments. The 500 bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy identification.

BERUS 1Kb DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 to 10000 base pairs. The ladder consists of 13 fragments. The 3000 bp fragment and 1000 bp fragment are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification.

BERUS Loading Buffer is used for DNA samples dissolved in water or TE buffer. It increases the density of the sample and adds dye for simplifying the loading process of acrylamide and agarose gels.

BERUS RNase A is a bovine endonuclease, targeting and degrading single-stranded and double-stranded RNA.

BERUS Exonuclease I is specific to only single-stranded DNA. The enzyme cleaves nucleotides from the 3’ to the 5’ end of DNA.

BERUS Proteinase K is a serine protease cleaves the peptide bonds of aromatic, aliphatic and hydrophobic amino acids

BERUS Oligo dT Primers hybridises to the poly(A) tail of mRNA. These primers are made up of 20 deoxythymidylic acid bases, ideal for using with any reverse transcriptase.
