HERA SYBR® Green RT-qPCR Kit
HERA SYBR® Green RT-qPCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution optimised with our random hexamers with anchored oligo(dT) primers for real-time quantification of target RNA using SYBR® Green. This one-step RT-qPCR provides a convenient and powerful method for gene expression quantification at increased speed and specificity using the HERA Taq Polymerase in the PCR.
This product includes both the reverse transcription and qPCR steps performed in a single tube. Adopting a one-step approach is ideal when no cDNA storage is necessary for subsequent experiments. The approach minimises the risk of contamination and improves reproducibility by reducing sample handling.
The HERA SYBR® Green RT-qPCR master mix provides efficient and highly accurate results by using SYBR®, which intercalates with the amplicon to generate a fluorescent signal. This product is suitable for many research applications from gene expression analysis to cDNA, population genotyping studies and the detection of disease targets.
