HERAPLUS qPCR Kit
The HERAPLUS qPCR master mix is a ready-to-use real-time PCR kit optimised for the quantification of target DNA. Utilising our innovative technology, the HERAPLUS qPCR kit is designed for accurate, highly sensitive and specific reactions within a wide range of research applications. From gene expression analysis using cDNA to the multiplex detection of several disease targets, qPCR provides a convenient and powerful method for DNA detection and quantification.
The one-step approach to qPCR allows for the full reaction to occur in one tube, limiting the potential for contamination and improving reproducibility through reduced sample handling. The ability to detect multiple amplicons in one tube is the principle advantage of this probe-based technology, unlike traditional technologies which are limited by light channels in the real-time PCR instrument.
HERAPLUS is formulated with the ROX unique passive reference dye that is compatible across a variety of instrument platforms. However, unlike our other HERA products, the user will not have to select the intensity of the reference dye, improving the setup time.
